Steamed Chilean Seabass with Ginger & Soy

Ingredients

  • 2 Chilean seabass fillets
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium)
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Place seabass in a steamer or a heatproof plate over boiling water and steam for 8-10 minutes until the fish is tender.
  2. In a small saucepan, heat soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
  3. Pour the sauce over the steamed seabass and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
