Miso-Glazed Chilean Seabass

Ingredients

  • 2 Chilean seabass fillets
  • 2 tbsp miso paste (white or yellow)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium)
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Sliced green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix miso paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame oil.
  3. Brush the seabass with the miso mixture and marinate for 30 minutes.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, basting halfway through with the glaze.
  5. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
